Only 2 minor recommended improvements: 1) I called the morning of my appointment to confirm appointment time and ask about estimated repair time. I called 4 times over an hour and a half before anyone answered the phone. 2) Upon arrival at the service center, took a few minutes to meet with customer service despite 2 service folks looking "free" to meet the next customer. Then when it was my turn, the service person said I had to be seen by the other service person (I was on HER assignment list). . .and another short wait ensued. But everyone was very nice! More
