I stopped in to the dealership without an appointment to see a car that I spotted on AutoTrader overnight. Very quickly they introduced me to Brett, a salesman, who was courteous and knowledgeable about the see a car that I spotted on AutoTrader overnight. Very quickly they introduced me to Brett, a salesman, who was courteous and knowledgeable about the car. No pressure, answered all my questions. I completed the transaction and was out the door with my Escape SE Sport Hybrid fairly quickly. Finance manager was pleasant to work with and didn’t try too hard to up sell on services that I was not interested in. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and recommend this dealership.
