Can not repair but still charged almost $2000.00 Too my car to be repaired on the 4th. We told them it was doing the same thing it was repaired for in Sc in Sept. Told it was. He called and said that didn't work and they had no idea what was wrong. Called later and now it is the Abs ,system and cost is up to &1950.00. Called on the 8th. And said the wrong parts had been sent and it would be ready on the 10th.Well it was ready at 9:15 on the 11th so we got someone to go with us to drive it home because being raised in the south and only being here for 5 weeks I did not want to drive in the snow. We paid the bill and started to leave and..you guessed it...the brakes still went to the floor so we had to leave it. He called later and said to pick it up tomorrow that the brakes are suppose to be like that??if those brakes are not repaired... I may have to spend my money on someone that they will listen to?????? More

Well, to my surprise, think I picked the best salesman on the floor, Hans was very knowledgeable about everything, the car in general, and talking to Hans, I was stressed at all, very relaxed. This is what I wanted from a car salesman, to treat me like he really cares, and not like I was some kind of idiot, and what I rec'd was respect, he explained everything I needed to know in detail, Hans made me feel like I've known him forever and when I was done and left, I wasn't stressed out like all other dealerships. Hans Wimmer is a true professional when selling cars, and I will tell everyone I know to head to Auto Nation if you want a good deal and look for Hans Winner! I'm completely satisfied with my salesman, service and mostly my car, I just love my 2016 Ford Fusion, it drives so smooth and you can't even hear it running. ;-) More
