I have taken my truck there a couple times. I always received a car wash with my service. No car wash this time. I did have oil on my door,door handle and steering wheel. He made sure my need for a shuttle was taken care of, even introduced me to the shuttle driver. Wilfredo assisted me in getting into the shuttle van and stowed my mobility aids in the back of the vehicle. At my home he helped me get out of the vehicle and safely to my front door before he departed. Every car service and customer service was provided without hesitation and with great care, thank you everyone! More

We have appreciated the fact that we can use a shuttle to access our car's servicing needs. We have, however, felt that the physical service area is not welcoming, there seems to be confusion, and it doe not access our car's servicing needs. We have, however, felt that the physical service area is not welcoming, there seems to be confusion, and it doe not accommodate with customer chairs etc. The cashier's area is far more accommodating and bright. The service people seem too harassed and harried. We understand the need to process many with less help due to Covid, but customer service should always come first. We like the dealership and will continue to use it, but we suggest a fresh look at your service accommodations. Thank you. More
