I brought my new Ranger in because of inconsistent/ hard shifting and a noise in the engine compartment. I was told there was nothing wrong and was sent on my way. The noise is still there and it still hard shifting and a noise in the engine compartment. I was told there was nothing wrong and was sent on my way. I have purchased 5 vehicles from here, the sales department is fine, avoid the service department. I have had a broken door on my Ranger for over a year, they have scheduled the replacement 4 time department is fine, avoid the service department. I have had a broken door on my Ranger for over a year, they have scheduled the replacement 4 times and each time have called after 4 or 5 hours and said "sorry we didn't actually receive the part" (first 3 times) and the 4th time after having me wait in the lobby 4 hours they let me know they have the wrong side door and the correct one would be there in 4 days, that was 2 months ago and nothing. Use any other service department you can find, avoid this place. More
