I bought my Ford Edge at Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood. A terrible experience! I was ready to sell the car (actually bought 2 cars that day) and never go back to Ford again. Sam White, the service tech that helped me was so helpful and seemed truly interested in making sure everything was right, he completely changed my opinion of Ford. The sales people that I have talked to have been helpful and pleasant. When I buy another Ford it will be from Creekside Ford of Valencia. Received a recall notice from Ford. Called for appointment, the dealer had the part in stock. Made appointment for the next Friday at 8am.
