Baig and Ray were great in dealing with my very specific situation. That being said, I have a greater understanding of this business than the average buyer and felt like the current inventory was being push situation. The trade in process was surprisingly user-friendly. Ford builds in some hold back on these less expensive vehicles so that you purchase closer to MSRP then offers rebates to assist - which appears to offer real value - and, it does work well in absorbing negative equity. David, in finance was, as expected, very smooth in his approach but also knowledgeable and understood my perspective. More

We were not really 100% ready to trade in my vehicle, but were looking just in case. We came back last night, Monday, November 5, just to take the Ford Focus SE for a test drive to see if it was comfortable, peppy, and all around something that might fit our driving style. Baig Mizra came out right away to help us, and asked us what exactly we were looking for in the vehicle and about the price range, if we had a car to trade in...etc. We filled him in on our needs and asked him if we could take it for a spin. He said of course and we proceeded to go for a ride. He answered all of our questions, and explained the majority of features on the car while we were driving. The car definitely has all the pep it claims to have and handles and rides very smoothly. I have not driven a four cylinder in quite a while, and boy have them come a long way! After our test drive, Baig asked us a few more questions, talked a little about what payment we were looking for, what our trade in was, and if he could get us there would we have a deal? We of course were skeptical and said we would need to see the deal first! Baig went to the finance dept, told them about our trade in, what payment we were looking for, and in less than 20 minutes they came out with an offer and the price we were wanting to pay. It was amazing! No going back and forth, no haggling over our trade amount, just the flat out best deal from the get go! Quite possibly the best car buying experience that we have ever been a part of!! We were even offered what I had hoped for in our trade. Finance guys were great, paperwork was filled out quickly, no pressure to purchase extra warranties etc...even tho we did opt for a few more items, but by our choice not them pushing it on to us. After all was signed, Baig took the time out to explain more of the features on the car, and left us with his number and email in case we had any problems figuring out the bells and whistles the car came with. Needless to say, we are now the proud owners of a new Racy Red Ford Focus SE!! I highly recommend Power Ford in Valencia if you are out and about looking for a new or used vehicle. After we concluded that Power Ford did not have our exact specifications on the lot, Baig offered to initiate a custom order for us to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Other dealers try to push you into making a compromise just to quickly sell you something they already have on the lot. But fortunately, that was not the experience with Baig at Power Ford. Ultimately, he placed the order for the exact car we wanted and it arrived within the time he promised. More

I felt David madrigal was a little pushy at the beginning of the push for the extended warranty, I ended up purchasing it but d friendly and helpful. we saw that power ford in valencia had two trucks that we liked on the internet - afer emailing Baig her called us immediately and then after telling him about the two he emailed us the discription of each - liked on the internet - afer emailing Baig her called us immediately and then after telling him about the two he emailed us the discription of each - we asked him to sight in on the one best for us and he did sent us the listing and accesories for both - he gave us a very fair price (which we knew was fair since we were looking all day saturday and sunday at various dealers and within a hour made a deal with him - we simply had his and corys word that the truck was right and we drove 3 1/2 hours that afternoon getting there just before closing on sunday night. Baig and the credit manager stayed late after closing to make this happen which we greatly appreciated, then Baig stayed even later showing my son all of the things he needed to know on the truck while i was able to take off and head for home 3 1/2 hours away - we co signed for this truck with my son since this is his last year in college and was his pick but i was so impressed with the truck that next year we will be calling Baig to get another for me and i will sell my 2004 toyota tundra after comparing the truck my son picked and previously looking at the new toyota models i am sold on the ford trucks - i thanks every one involved for their kindness - honesty - and continued corespondence to make sure everything is great with this truck - thanks michael tindell More
