I am mad that he did not call to cancel the appointment. I feel the way this was handled was rude and I will not deal with Carl in the future. I had been complaining about my new Ford F150 since 5 thousand miles. Two issues, One brakes squealed, not an occasional but a constant squealing EVERY time I hit the brakes, Second, my whole dashboard r thousand miles. Finally after the 4th time of trying to fix it( I had to resort to duck tape!) I get ahold of the GM, Dennis. After I explained I've had the truck in for the same repair 4 time, they damaged my vehicle twice I was afraid to bring it in. Dennis was in early, took my vehicle gave me a rental for the inconvenience. They fixed the problem I was in for, my GPS was on the fritz (2nd time I was in for GPS repair), they finally fixed the dash board rattle (still quite after 3000 miles), but my brakes are still squealing EVERY time I hit the brakes. I finally take into a different Ford Dealer, and guess what? They said it was a simple fix, unfortunately since Power Ford Valencia refused to deal with it when it was under the one year warranty I would have to pay. The simple fix?? The braking system is fine, the brake pads were bad. As a new vehicle the pads were under warranty for the first year of the vehicle. They should have just switched it out!! How simple would that have been. I've been complaining about it since 5 thousand miles! Well under the one year warranty, they just chose to drag it out passed the one year so they wouldn't have to replace it. Am I upset? Yes. Would I ever recommend them? NO. As I told Victor the Finance guy, I had no problem with the sales people, but once you buy a vehicle your tied with that Dealership. And Power Ford Valencia, unless you have time to keep taking you vehicle back for the same repair over and over again. Dont bother! Another favorite quote they gave me?? "The brakes are just settling in, keep driving". I've just hit 30,000 miles, shouldn't they be settled??? More
From first contact thru the purchase we were very pleased. We were looking for a specific new car with limited availability. Online we located the exact car we were looking for that had been ordered by Power Ford Valencia. Once in contact with Baig, everything went smoothly from there. As we are from out of state (KS), we were a little apprehensive about the process, but Baig did an excellent job of answering questions and keeping us informed of the status of the car delivery. Paperwork was taken care of in the convenience of our home to secure the car. Our car was delivered to the dealership with perfect timing for our visit to California. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted, and went over the car specifics with Baig. He gave us a detailed explanation of the use of the car, and went as far as setting up our phones. Final paperwork was handled quickly and with all of our questions answered. With our unique situation of being out of state, we had an issue with registering the vehicle. Baig made sure that we got the appropriate document and even had it overnighted. In the past, we have dreaded purchasing a car. Baig and Power Ford made this purchase exactly the opposite. They were easy to deal with, honest, and quick, the way you can only hope a car buying experience would be. More

After looking for a specific certified pre-owned car make and model for six months before buying from Power Ford, I was convinced that my first car buying experience (from a dealer and not private owner) was doomed to be miserable. I felt at ease immediately. I went in knowing I wanted to see 2 different cars (both the same make and model but different years). Baig explained the differences between the two year models and asked me what I was looking for in a car, in case there something else on the lot that I had not considered. I test drove the cars and made my decision easily based on what I wanted. I went with an 2008 Ford Edge. I have been driving that car for almost 3 years now. I didn't drive away from the lot feeling like I had been shafted. I wouldn't do business anywhere else for my transportation needs, after seeing how a dealership should operate! More
