Service writer was great. Was not able to get all repairs done as I needed the vehicle. As all 4 tires were changed it would have been great if they checked the tire pressure before releasing the vehicle ba done as I needed the vehicle. As all 4 tires were changed it would have been great if they checked the tire pressure before releasing the vehicle back to me. The pressures were 35, 39, 35 and 47. Clearly not correct. So I had them take the vehicle back to balance the pressures out and apparently a valve stem broke while the tech was releasing air. I ended up having to wait over an hour for my truck after having been told it was done. More

The serice given to my car was in a timely and professional manner. Kudos to the staff and service people that made this possible. They do a good job I think. We do have to follow up more often than not on the status of the vehicle. Ford sent many letters about recalls but every time we would call to schedule they wouldn’t have the par often than not on the status of the vehicle. I have been a customer for many years. They are usually very prompt and courteous. This last visit took much longer than expected. I left the car on Wednesday, expecting completion on Thursday. ( My service manager was off that day) None of the persons I talked with seemed to be able to discover information.
