I'm very disappointed with the service there it was my first time I go there ,I have a lincoln mkz it had a front noise I bring it there to fix ,the good thing they fixed the problem and I was happy about first time I go there ,I have a lincoln mkz it had a front noise I bring it there to fix ,the good thing they fixed the problem and I was happy about that ,but the bad thing is they fix the main problem but I end up with another one I never had before, my friend told that this noise from the axle he said that when they change the hub bearing on your car they didn't put the axle back in its full possession ,he told me to bring it back to them and tell them about it but I am afraid to get charged again with x amount and have a new problem again. My car never had that problem and I don't trust them anymore. I got charged almost $900 to change the bearing I don't want to spend more money by them More

I had my 2016 Focus in for service for almost 3 months. Mike Mance was my service advisor. There was a serious back log on the computer chip necessary to repair the car. Mike was extremely efficient and on top of frequent contact with me on status updates on a weekly basis.
