F-150 recall to reprogram CAM they said it would be done in 2 hrs. And they would call me. I waited and waited but no call. I called them over and over but they kept sending me to service desk voicemail bec in 2 hrs. And they would call me. I waited and waited but no call. So after 8 hrs I caught a ride to and it had been completed ( as far as I know ) and picked it up. Really in today’s technology and someone couldn’t just tell me it was done ? More

I have been taking my trucks and Mustangs for service and maintenance for over 15 years ... maybe longer. Greg has been my Service Rep every time and I always request him. Greg is professional, courteous, maintenance for over 15 years ... maybe longer. Greg has been my Service Rep every time and I always request him. Greg is professional, courteous, honest and a Ford product expert. His time estimates for service are always accurate and if he knows I am waiting he will do his best to expedite the service. When I had a friend take my truck in for maintenance because I was recovering from hip surgery, Greg kept me apprised of the service and didn't inconvenience my friend at all regarding time and service. Sometimes its the "little things" that makes a Representative shine and Greg always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Greg to anyone who needs to bring their vehicle in. Lastly, although I moved from Santa Clarita and there is a closer Ford Service to me, I drive the extra miles to service here. More

If an Oil service includes a car wash, I would expect the car to be clean when I receive the call that it's ready. Since the clean wash is the only visible sign that the work was done It Makes sense that th car to be clean when I receive the call that it's ready. When I drove off I was left wondering did the wheels actually get rotated? Have the oil and fluids actually been changed or did they forget that too. $91 for this service and I should have confidence that it was done correctly. When I inquired I was told I could bring it back anytime to get it washed, Um No thanks I just left you the car for 6 hours. More
