Went in for a recall issue and oil change on our Edge. Sam and the staff were great on all levels. They were very busy but the service was completed hours earlier than expected. AS always, the staff and service were expedient, competitively priced and efficiently performed. The Service technician, Mr. Mike Mance is an outstanding asset to this dealership. AutoNation changed two light bulbs on our Ford Escape. When we got home the gas meter read completely empty. After a few tries, it went back to normal. We also noticed that the lights wouldn’t turn off. When we got home the gas meter read completely empty. After a few tries, it went back to normal. We also noticed that the lights wouldn’t turn off. We called twice to complain and the only thing they would say was “you’ll have to come in and leave it overnight.” They also said they’d give us a loaner car, but when we called back again, a representative said, “oh no, we don’t have any loaners available available but we’ll give you 10% off. By this time, we were very disgusted with AutoNation. Not once did they say, “bring it in and we’ll take a look at it!” We finally decided we had no choice but to go in. A representative came out, checked the car and determined that the person that changed the light bulbs DID NOT position the light knob to automatic. That’s why the lights wouldn’t turn on!! A very simple solution if they had just taken responsibility! More
I came in for a second time to view the new 2021 Bronco as it is one of the three possibilities as a replacement for our current car, this time brining my girlfriend. (the Bronco would be for her to drive) as it is one of the three possibilities as a replacement for our current car, this time brining my girlfriend. (the Bronco would be for her to drive) as we were headed up front to find a sales representative two younger employees were hanging out in the lot and began to tell us of heavy delays of up to three years if we did not have a preorder already placed and how there was no way we were going to get one and if we did it would be with a $25,000 markup on purchase. We disregarded their commentary as I had already been in once and spoke with a sales rep who stated there would be no markup and proceeded to view the Bronco on our own, when my girlfriend expressed interest in a test drive. We proceeded into the lobby where the same young, cocky individual headed us of at the door and explained a test drive was unavailable as Ford had limited the mileage on the vehicle as it was a demo. I then proceeded to explain I already knew it was a Demo and had driven it yesterday, the Bronco would be for my girlfriend and she would like an opportunity to drive it now before proceeding with further purchase arrangements. The individual insisted this was not an option so we left More
