This is my local dealer, so it’s geographically convenient. I’ve had my truck in a couple times for very different reasons, one a hard to find electrical problem and then Ford recalls. Customer ser convenient. I’ve had my truck in a couple times for very different reasons, one a hard to find electrical problem and then Ford recalls. Customer service has been ok, better the first time than second. First time took nearly a month to get my truck back (for the tricky electrical issue). Was also wrongly diagnosed twice before they figured it out. Second time for recalls, attention to detail is frustrating. I’m assuming the work was done well, but some panels not fully snapped back into place and personal effects left in the truck were lost. So, that’s a bit frustrating. More

I had a battery issue with my 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I set up an appointment for the afternoon and had the vehicle towed to the dealership. Once the problem was diagnosed, it only took an hour to fix. More
