We went in for an oil change before a long road trip, we have been here several times before with no issues at all. He told Emily you might need an alignment, air filter and cabin filter, she told him to wa have been here several times before with no issues at all. He told Emily you might need an alignment, air filter and cabin filter, she told him to wait and see what I say and he said he would call to confirm. Well no call came and she was dropped off to pick up the vehicle, that had all the work done without authorization and now a $300+ dollar bill. She never said anything to them, she’s on the quiet side, I’m not but wasn’t there. It just left a bad vibe with us. Not sure why they did the work without being given the okay, it’s never happened before and this was the only time I was not there with her. More
