I had an electrical issue looked at at this dealership’s service center. Drop off was timely, communication about the repair was up to my expectations. Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because it t service center. Drop off was timely, communication about the repair was up to my expectations. Monica (Service Rep) was very nice, responsive and kept me informed on the repairs and price. She lowered the price (labor cost) nearly $100. They kept the car for an extra day because it appeared there me informed on the repairs and price. She lowered the price (labor cost) nearly $100. They kept the car for an extra day because it appeared there were not enough service repair representatives to handle the volume of service repair request. Hopefully the cost I paid will correct the problem! More

Service was quick for me because I just needed an oil change. I wanted to do other work but because of their lack of service techs, I was unable to get what I wanted done plus they charge way too much f change.
