I’ve been having issues with my wife’s Explorer twice now (it happens). Issues aside, Auto Nation Ford Valencia’s service has been top notch! MORGAN ESPINOZA IS THE BEST service rep! I dealt with her the fir (it happens). Issues aside, Auto Nation Ford Valencia’s service has been top notch! MORGAN ESPINOZA IS THE BEST service rep! I dealt with her the first time and had such a great experience, I chose her for the second visit. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. I am big on communication and she kept me updated whether or not there was progress made. Morgan was available if I had questions through text or phone! THANK YOU Morgan Espinoza and AutoNation Ford Valencia. 5 Stars! More
The service department continues to have a severe lack of communication. Calling them during the hours they are open often results in nobody answering and going in circles with main phone attendant. In addit communication. Calling them during the hours they are open often results in nobody answering and going in circles with main phone attendant. In addition they need to call and text people back when the vehicle is ready. Also, I am not sure why in the age of cell phones each service person is not carrying one around so when people call them they actually answer their phone or at least call them immediately back if they cannot talk at the moment. Other dealerships on that street (and we have dealt with two others) do a much better job. The saving grace of this particular visit is the one guy that was still there when we showed up late in the day (after calling twice and even texting that I was coming) was very helpful and apologized for the lack of response. He of course had no idea I was coming (our assigned service person evidently didn't tell anyone but just left for the day as per the usual for this office) but his professionalism and speed to get our car and take care of another guy at the same time was commendable. I would like to say this is an isolated event but for the most part this happens everytime. One other note, having all the service people eating their lunch and joking around doing nothing to assist anyone while customers are right there standing next to them waiting is practically the definition of bad management. Does the supervisor really have no idea that you should have them use a lunch room and stagger the lunches so customers can continue to be helped? One of the main rules of good customer service is always be professional so people develop trust in your company, the product and in the work you do. Having almost your entire service department chowing down while shooting the breeze in front of customers doesn't exactly appear professional. More
Gregg was very friendly, did a wonderful job and truck was ready real quick and he kept me notified throughout the service. I did receive the truck with a scuff on the hood, Gregg tried to remove but the was ready real quick and he kept me notified throughout the service. I did receive the truck with a scuff on the hood, Gregg tried to remove but the scratch part is still present, very hard to see but was not there when brought in for service. More
