Friendly staff and fast service. You can get a shuttle to take you and pick you back up which is super convenient. I had my truck back in under 3 hours and it was washed. The Service Team weren’t attentive and didn’t work together. I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning for a faulty tire sensor and a break assessment- didn’t get it back until the following Thursday together. The rep didn’t call - I left messages, no call back. Someone calls back, leaves a message, I call back 5 minutes later and can’t get ahold to the rep. I had never experienced anything like that before anywhere. More
