It used to be a great place, then they got a new manager who is rude and chauvinistic, and dishonest. I bought a 10-year warranty with this place when I bought my car and now I cannot go there for service. who is rude and chauvinistic, and dishonest. Horrible customer service, they messed up my paperwork on the release of liability and refused to lift a finger to help fix their mistake only to say it wasn’t their fault and both credit services I financed the release of liability and refused to lift a finger to help fix their mistake only to say it wasn’t their fault and both credit services I financed with from that ford dealership along with DMV stated they needed to submit the paperwork to fix it.
