I received a letter from another dealership saying I was preapproved and they would also take my car in trade, paid for or not and would pay off the balance. After speaking with them on the phone I didn't have a good feeling and figured if they can do it, so could Power Ford. I was right!! So I brought in two cars to trade-in on two new cars and wanted to keep my payments the same. Not an easy sale!! One of my trade-in's was a leased Audi that was waaaayyyy over miles and had two months left on the lease. The other vehical and to my advantage, was a free and clear 2005 Ford F-150 Dual Cab pickup. At the end of the day, literally, I drove away with some help of course, in a gorgeous 2011 Black Mustang and a pretty much fully loaded, 2011 Fusion. Howard was our sales person and he was awesome to work with, as were all the people in finance, including Mike Fligg. The entire staff was very friendly, and would keep me up-to-date throughout the entire process of finding the right cars and making the numbers all work. But, Howard was the best. He has a very relaxed manner about him that keeps you at bay even though you're anxious to find the car you want, make the deal and get out of there! More

Worked through a reliable car broker who charges a nominal fee of $300 (finders fee), paid by the dealer, included in the final negotiated sales price by our broker. However, looking back at our final purchase agreement, Power Ford charged us $750 that they said would go to our broker. We really didn't think anything of it at the time and signed away. After talking to our broker some 18 mos. later for another car purchase at a different dealer, he clarified that he never received the money that we legally signed off to have paid to him. DO NOT TRUST POWER FORD!!! More
