Went to Galpin Ford first. Really bad experience. So we shopped around through the Internet. Aaron Farris and his people were great. We had a positive experience at this dealer. This was my first car-buying experience. It was a bit harrowing for me, as I didn't know what kind of car I wanted and was feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of make and model options out there on t harrowing for me, as I didn't know what kind of car I wanted and was feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of make and model options out there on the market. I was stressing myself out comparing all these different cars, each of which have their unique advantages and drawbacks. I went to virtually every dealership in the area (about 10) and looked at all their used cars. Sales associate Matthew Bell at Power Ford was pretty much the ONLY salesperson, at ANY of the dealerships, who took into consideration my actual needs. Instead of showing me all these different makes and models and only adding to the stress of the "which car is best for me?" question that had been plaguing me as a first-time car buyer, he asked me first about my driving habits. Other salespeople at other dealerships were all very helpful and friendly of course, as you'd expect salespeople to be, but Matthew was different because he didn't tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. He tailored his service to me, the individual customer with individual driving habits and preferences. Instead of telling me every car was great and just trying to sell me anything, he told me right off the bat what he really thought of a particular make and model, and saved me a lot of time hemming and hawing over cars that probably weren't the best options for me. In the end I chose a car I wasn't even considering at first, but now I'm so glad I went with that one! Matthew was helpful and very personable. As far as salespeople go, he is very knowledgable, and excellent at what he does, and I would recommend him to any of my friends in the market for a car. Was the total experience of buying a car 100% perfect? No. The following day, my "check tire pressure" light came on, and I brought the car back to the dealership. The tire pressure was a little off, and there was a screw in one of my tires. However, Ford technicians promptly corrected the tires to the right pressure, and the dealership also took care of the screw in my back tire. Overall, I recommend Power Ford, and I am happy to do business with them. More

We went to Power Ford because of past experience with the Dealership. We were looking to purchase an economical car. It is nice to have a Dealership that knows you and truly wants to make sure you are taken care of. Cory introduced us to David who then took care of everything we needed. David later called to see if there was anything else that we needed or that he could do for us. Overall we are very satisfied with this dealership and it's knowlegdeable and friendly staff. Jeff More

I worked with Baig (not sure of last name) and he was patient and helpful with no pressure. He knew the Ford Edge well and asked the right questions. Before I knew it, we had a deal. Buying a new car has always been something many people, myself included, tend to avoid because of the many bad dealer experiences we may have had. This time it was a combination of hands on visits and email/internet interaction combined with the enlightened approach by this dealer which made the experience a dream buy. They were totally fair with all pricing including trade-ins and offered a fair new car purchase with the help of Ford rebates. I would not have purchased if I did not have this type of treatment. I also bought here dispite other contacts with buying organizations such as Costco, Consumer Reports and the Credit Union. They earned my business. More
