I delt with Howard via internet until we were ready to sign and drive off the lot. We initially were going to have him locate us a color that was not available on the lot but the black on black that was i sign and drive off the lot. The salesman Mr Baig took us around the lot looking at a few cars. We looked at numerous different brands but decided to concentrate on used Escape vehicles. Mr Baig was extremely patient with us. He took us on a few test drives with a couple of vehicles. We decided to begin looking at new Ford Escapes. I know that he missed his lunch working with us. He was never pushy, inpatient or tried to pressure us into buying a vehicle. He was very familiar with the Ford Escape. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford products available & new everything about the accessories available for the Escape. He was very friendly and seemed to always have a smile on his face, even when the day at the dealership was becoming evening. When we decided on a specific vehicle and test drove the one we wanted, he again never pressured us about the price of the car. After he sold it to us he went thru the trouble of setting up my wife's phone into the vehicle's system. Once sold and he directed us to the finance department he still kept looking in on us to be sure everything was going alright. Mr Sammy Kobeissi went thru the financing and filling out the paper work with us never pressuring us into any specific extended warranties or other services available to us from Ford. The choice was left up to us whether we wanted anything available. Mr. Kobeissi was very sharp with the figures, explaining everything that we were going thru with the paper work and contract with the purchase of the Escape. Mr. Baig has called us a couple of times to ask us if we had any questions about our new vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase and extremely happy that Mr Baig was our salesperson. We are very satisfied with the purchase price of our car and Mr. Baig has insisted that if we ever have any questions about our new Escape that he is always going to be available to answer any of the concerns that we might have about our Ford in the future. My wife and I have no regrets in stopping in to our Ford dealership in Valencia to look at the vehicles available for sale. As a matter-of-fact we feel very lucky that we did stop in that day.
