My husband and I came in to Power Ford Valencia for service on our other car. While waiting for the car to be done we took a look at the new Ford Flex. We had no intention of purchasing a new car right service on our other car. While waiting for the car to be done we took a look at the new Ford Flex. We had no intention of purchasing a new car right now but Buck let take a look at it and took us on a test drive. We loved the car so much and all the rebates that came with it, we ended up in the finace department and they made us an offer we could not refuse. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly especially to our 5 year old and our two year old sons. We are loyal Ford customers and will continue to be loyal customers of Power for Valencia. We came in to look at a Used Lincoln Navigator. I spoke with Aaron Farris on the phone before driving out to see the car. This same no pressure, straight up approach was just as true when dealing with him in person. We came to make a deal, and pushed for a good one. Sales Manager Scott Husted did his best to make us satisfied. In the end, with modest compromises, a great deal was made and we are very pleased. We made a down payment, and already had secured pre-approved financing. When we met with Finance Manager Victor Cornelio, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that he could beat our already excellent financing rate. In the process he showed us how the factory warranty extension on this vehicle was a good value propostion, which were then able to include in the financing. In the end, we drove home with more car we wanted, including an extended warranty, and all below what we had budgeted to spend. Not a bad day at the dealership. We weren't ready to purchase that day but Power Ford made arrangements so we could come back the next day to complete the purchase. When we were in finance with Sam I will say he was also nice and low pressure. We knew what we wanted and that helped to make time past fast. Our original contact was through internet/fleet sales. We were introduced to David Madrigal upon arrival. David was very knowledgable about Trucks. David shared his knowledge and experience with both the V8 and the new ecoboost twin turbo V6. We usually do not buy new technology, waiting to see reliability etc trends. David was very enthusiastic about the twin-turbo V6 with no pressure. We found it to be more nimble with just that little extra kick; more importantly, we did not feel like we were flushing 5 Dollars of Gas down the drain when rapidly accelerating. The warranties gave us comfort with the new technology. David found us the truck that exceeded our want list at a very reasonable cost. David followed up with us with updates on truck arrival as well as a few days after we took ownership to ensure that we continue to be satisfied. This truck buying experience exceeded our expectations, very good dealership with very knowledgable sales people. I am shopping for an EV (Electric Vehicle) and know that Ford is to be bringing out the 2012 Focus with an all electric model (no dino-juice). I stopped in one day after work and spoke with Arron, who was very knowledgeable and patient (I have a lot of questions). He was quick with answers on what he knew and honest about what he didn't. This is largely due to the fact that Ford itself has released no official specs or pricing for the Focus EV as of this writing (July 16th 2011). He took my info and said to come back to give the gas version of the Focus a try. I did, and it is a great little car! As EVs go, there is the Leaf (Ugly, slow, yet inexpensive) the Volt (Slick and feature rich but slow and expensive) the Tesla S (Hot car, fast, yet expensive) the Plug-in Prius (Okay looking, slow and not much of an EV) and very little else. The Focus EV stands to be an exiting mix of EV performance, with the the dynamic steering / breaking system included in the Gas focus, great range of options, fantastic body style, and reasonable price (even though price has not been announced, I am estimating between $7-10K more for EV, then minus $7-10k of tax credits). I don't work for Ford, but boy I am going to buy stock ASAP- this is a hot car that could change the face of EV driving- Sporty, Stylish, fun and reasonably priced! I will DEFIANTLY be back to Power Ford Valencia to try out the Focus EV when it (hopefully) arrives later this year! More
