As much as I hate dealerships its almost a part of life and is expected when buying/leasing a new/used vehicle. Power Ford in Valencia has pretty good customer service, I feel the price could have yet been and is expected when buying/leasing a new/used vehicle. Power Ford in Valencia has pretty good customer service, I feel the price could have yet been better than what they keep telling me is their "best," but they did manage to take care of me in other ways which at some other dealerships is going beyond the call of duty. No more than 20 minutes from the lot to my house, I got home to notice a dent in my door. I called up Baig Mirza who was my salesman and he said he'lll help me take care of it. A few days later when I checked in for my appointment, it was fixed, flawlessly not even any signs that a dent even existed to begin with and at no charge to me. So far I am happy with my lease on an Ecoboost F-150, only wish I could have had the price cut more which I'm sure they could have. Overall, for a dealership, it was a decent experience. Can't say "Excellent" because no dealership could ever give me a delightful feeling being there. Thank you Baig Mirza and thank you to the employees at Power Ford in Valencia. More

We went in to look at the Edge and Escape. Clearly the Edge was more appealing as a family car and for comfort. Aaron Farris came over to help us. After choosing the Edge over the Escape, we took the Edge for a test drive and, wow, was it a nice ride! I loved all the modern features, especially the SYNC and navigation system. When we got back to the showroom, he made my kids comfortable by letting them watch NickTV. Aaron brought us a good deal but the price was still a bit beyond our cost. He asked us what was our bottom-line to make this sale happen. And he made it happen. He made this purchase the best car-buying experience I've had. Then Victor Cornelio took care of us to sign the paperwork and work out the financing. Victor was so nice and helped us out even more by taking into account our Costco & AAA membership in the Warranty phase. If we are in the market for another Ford, I would definitely go back to these guys. More

He was funny and explained everything in great detail. I will always go to this dealership. Im am now a loyal customer to them. You will not be disappointed. More
