I wish I would have waited to write a good review for this dealer. A short 2 months after purchase, I brought my truck back in for a grinding noise. I was advised I needed new brakes and rotors at a cost to me of over $1000.00. After 2 days of many phone calls, being transferred to no one that could help (Scott Husted, Corey Del Getty, Travis Larsen) and e-mails, I was finally advised via e-mail by the general manager Dennis Hawking that they are within their rights to sell even a CERTIFIED vehicle with brakes at less then 50%. Anyone with any sort of common sense would know that it would be impossible for me to run through the other almost 50% in 2 months and less then 4000 miles. Legally within their rights, but what about ethically and morally? The person that did the original inspection prior to sale, also let the truck leave with a nail in the tire, no windshield washing fluid and in need of an alignment. I should trust that? The kicker is, I did not need rotors, only brakes. My mechanic fixed my truck for $300. Lastly, make sure you triple check your sales contract. That great deal I mentioned for the warranty tacked on an additional 6 months of payments, which I was not verbally advised of. I was only told my payment would go from $314 to $334. I obviously trusted Aaron Farris and Vincent Cornello a little too much and did not throughly read the new contract. My bad. I love Ford, but would NOT recommend this dealer. Maybe good for new, but be warned about the true condition of "certified" pre-owned.
