I was very impressed with both Patsy and Aaron on their friendliness and knowledge. Also, the help Patsy gave me in finding the car that I was looking for. However, my experience with the person doing the finanancial work was fine with the signing, but very upsetting when it came to the four promised services I was told were included in the price. The deal was almost lost due to the one dollar cost. I walked out very tired and feeling very bad about the experience. If it hadn't been for the sales people, I would never have made a deal with the agency. I feel like I had made a deal out the door and I was sticking to it, but they weren't. I hope that I never have to buy another car. I said that I would recommend this dealership only because of the nice sales people and the Manager. He was very friendly too. I would certainly recommend them. Please do not ask me to do any more surveys. More

Patsy is relatively new (2 months?) so understand that she still has things to learn. I recently leased a new car for my wife, my 6th car from Power so how bad can it be. My only issue was Patsy was not well versed on her product and could not answer some basic questions such as what size engine and how much horsepower. She also wasn't fully versed on how some of the cars options worked. Otherwise, she was friendly and accomadating. Two cars were test driven and we were back in her office with a confirmed price within 45 minutes. Here's where the system broke down. It took another 3 hours to complete the financing part of the deal. I'm sure this had a lot to do with the fact that Power was training a new finance guy who was just learning how everything worked. However, contrast this with my experience the next day at Valencia Acura where it took a total of 1 hour, 15 minutes to complete my new lease. Would I buy/lease from Power again? Absolutely. When you have experienced people (which I had in the past) my last lease took 2 hours to complete. More
