We were swept away at the professionalism of this group and how personable they were. While we didn't plan to drive 6 different cars, we did have a specific goal in mind and that was to purchase a new car and how personable they were. My contact was Joe Rios who was very good with my time. I explained a day later that I wasn't sure how my job was going because a huge announcement had happened and my client company was going away. He told me that he would do what I needed and I asked for only 1 contact a month. He did just this. What I thought was bad news was a promotion and I was now in the market for a car. I contacted him at 5pm last night asking if he could show my wife, kids and myself a car and he set us up with his wonderful partner Baig. He was patient and answered all our questions that he knew and got the answers to the ones he didn't know. I like that as I don't like BS. We decided on a price that we were comfortable in spending per month and Baig held to that. We were in the market for an Edge and loved the Explorer instead and were able to finish the paperwork at 12:12 AM thanks to David Madrigal staying and making sure all the paperwork was correct. This was done with only one change to the paperwork for a feature I wanted to add. He reprinted everything to make sure there weren't any problems for me in the future. That is so reassuring after dealing with another dealership in town that wasn't so up front and raised my payment by $68 by the end of the transation. That wasn't acceptable. This experience made all of us very happy and when my lease is up on my other car...I will be calling this team for help again! Thank you for changing my perseption about car dealerships! More
