A+++ In my 19 years of driving and buying vehicles, I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership. My husband and I went out to have my Durango appraised and test drive a few of the newer, more economical cars. My husband really liked the new Fords and wanted me to go and check out the new Edge and Explorer. We went to Power Ford in Valencia because we live in the area and right away we met Ed. He is the most friendly, funny salesmen I've ever met. He didn't try to push us to the more expensive vehicles and when I told him what I was looking for, he knew immediately which car to bring me to. His "unconventional" test drive was crazy fun. I found the car I wanted and he worked FOR us to get us an amazing deal. It was so painless that my husband and I left there at 9:30 p.m. with big smiles on our faces. Victor, the finance guy, was also very friendly and knowledgable. He worked hard to get us some great financing and also helped us to pick out a warranty that was perfect for us. I am loving my new car and I am sending all my friends to go see Ed to find a vehicle for them. I don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else for a car now. With 2 kids getting close to driving age, I'm glad we'll have someone like Ed to help us find what we need. :-) More

Travis Larsen was very professional got back to me right away and we negotiated and settled on a price by phone/email within a few minutes. The test drive was very pleasant with Travis. I had an all cash purchase and thought it would not take long but my son and I waited almost three hours. They said we had to wait becouse there were two deals ahead of us. We did all the paperwork with Howard Rutherford who was very pleasant. When signing the documents I noticed that the initial price was typed in wrong so he had to correct that. The form had to be reprinted 4 times because of that and additional computer form errors that both I and Howard noticed. In the meantime, the car was cleaned up very nice and it was an overall good experience. More
