There is one good dealer here in Rosamond, but because of the customer service at Power, we will never go anywhere else. Baig is the best! A+++ In my 19 years of driving and buying vehicles, I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership. It's usually an awful, long, grueling day dealing with car salesmen and I dread having to do it...until now, that is. My husband and I went out to have my Durango appraised and test drive a few of the newer, more economical cars. My husband really liked the new Fords and wanted me to go and check out the new Edge and Explorer. We went to Power Ford in Valencia because we live in the area and right away we met Ed. He is the most friendly, funny salesmen I've ever met. He didn't try to push us to the more expensive vehicles and when I told him what I was looking for, he knew immediately which car to bring me to. His "unconventional" test drive was crazy fun. I found the car I wanted and he worked FOR us to get us an amazing deal. It was so painless that my husband and I left there at 9:30 p.m. with big smiles on our faces. Victor, the finance guy, was also very friendly and knowledgable. He worked hard to get us some great financing and also helped us to pick out a warranty that was perfect for us. I am loving my new car and I am sending all my friends to go see Ed to find a vehicle for them. I don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else for a car now. With 2 kids getting close to driving age, I'm glad we'll have someone like Ed to help us find what we need. :-) More
