I have to admit that I don't buy cars very often as I am not fond of the process. The day that I went to Power Ford Valencia to "look" at a Ford Explorer, I had no intention of purchasing. I had my two so not fond of the process. The day that I went to Power Ford Valencia to "look" at a Ford Explorer, I had no intention of purchasing. I had my two sons with me (5 and 2) and there was no way I was going to go through this whole process with them in tow. Then I met Baig. He was such a kind, patient and knowledegable sales person. He showed us the car we were interested in and even offered to allow us to put our sons' car seats in the car for a test drive. When we began to talk numbers and enter the negotiation stage of this process, Baig, and everyone else at the dealership, was so understanding and patient with me and my husband, as well as my children who were bored and acting up. I was ready to leave and come back without the children, but everyone accommodated my children and truly showed excellent customer service beyond my expectations. I would recommend this dealership, and Baig, to anyone I know looking for a Ford. More

Also, I really appreciated Baig filling up the gas tank of the car. The last car dealer I bought from Hyundai sent me off with an empty tank so I ran out of gas before I got home. Baig was very quick to return my calls and answer my questions, even when he was not in the office late at night. This car is supposed to be for my daughter, but I like it more than my Lexus I'm now saving my money so that I can get a Shelby. More
