After scheduling the service 11 days in advance and having the service advisor confirm the parts would be there, I arrived and they did not have the parts. I had my vehicle in for service and thought the communication way pretty decent and the issue I brought the vehicle in for was resolved. Told me the repair would take four months and refused to get me a rental until I had a man call in instead. They then we’re gonna charge me 3,500 for a job to change a clutch. It’s a unique clutch so I get it was gonna be high- but I went to another shop and they’re charging me 700 less for the same job- and it’s only that high because they have to buy specialty equipment (that this dealership would already have) to do this repair.
