I bought my Ford Escape from AutoNation Ford of Tustin. I keep going back to get the "Works Oil Change" and always upgrade to the Penzoil Platinum Ultra. My 2.0 Ecoboost engine still runs great after 125,0 I keep going back to get the "Works Oil Change" and always upgrade to the Penzoil Platinum Ultra. My 2.0 Ecoboost engine still runs great after 125,000 miles and uses no oil between changes. Bob and Troy have been excellent service advisors, taking care of recall items and regular service like brakes. They always wash my car too. This dealer provides great, honest service so I keep coming back. More

Made appointment for service for oil change. Was told to come back in 3hr. Came back 4hrs later car was not done. Was told that appointments are done at the end of the day.
