My biggest problem is with contact. This is not the first time with this issue either. I dropped my car off in the morning and didn't get to speak to anyone concerning it until they w This is not the first time with this issue either. I dropped my car off in the morning and didn't get to speak to anyone concerning it until they were almost closed. I do realize they have many vehicle, but some sort of status shouldn't take all day. Even when the vehicle was completed, I was called late on a Friday after it had been there over a week. I was supposed to be informed when the parts arrived so I could at least plan for when it would be complete, but this did not happen. More
