I got my ford bronco serviced here by Christian who was phenomenal. I was able to make an online appointment for service easily. Fleet vehicle was stolen and taken here after the battery and adjacent harness was removed. Had it towed after recovering it to Autonation Ford and they were able to have it finished in 3 days. This past December we brought our car in to the Autonation Tustin Ford Dealership due to it having a clunking noise when breaking or accelerating. After several hours, we were told that the clunki Autonation Tustin Ford Dealership due to it having a clunking noise when breaking or accelerating. After several hours, we were told that the clunking that we were hearing was more of a “feeling,” and that it is normal after being inspected by two of their mechanics. They said that one of them drove another of the same vehicle, and that was how they were able to determine that issue is normal. After four months of dealing with the clunking, and people asking what is wrong with our car, we took it into another local Ford Dealership. They were able to diagnose it without issue, and repair it under warranty. They did not seem to have problems with diagnosing this. We had to waste our time setting up an appointment, and arranging for my wife to pick me up, and take me to pick up the unrepaired, and misdiagnosed car. I'd be extremely hesitant to recommend, and will be avoiding Tustin Ford Autonation in the future because of this. More
