The service department does not have very good communication. Hard to get direct contact with the rep. and it is a hassle going through their call system. They do make up for it when you complain communication. Hard to get direct contact with the rep. and it is a hassle going through their call system. They do make up for it when you complain but I would rather just not have to go down that path. Part of the issue is the lack of parts available but I do not fault them for that. They need to do a better job proactively calling or texting the customer on the status. They had my car for three or fours days and I was without a rental and then they tell me they looked at it and it will be a couple weeks to get the part I need. Do not schedule an appointment to service the vehicle and then not look at it for three days. Instead just schedule the appointment for the day you have time to actually do the work. More

I bought a F150 Platinum for MSRP. It was quick and easy. The vehicle was in transit, so I signed a contract in about half and hour.
