I have a 2020 Ford Transit. I've taken it in two times now and service NEVER returns my calls. I received a recall notice and mentioned I wanted them to look at the noise that i I've taken it in two times now and service NEVER returns my calls. I received a recall notice and mentioned I wanted them to look at the noise that is coming from the rear of the vehicle. Same noise as last visit and now wondering if it was related to recall issue. They said wait until you get it back and see if the noise continues. I asked to be called when they hard parts so I wouldn't have to miss 2 days of work; one for inspection and to actually repair the issues. They said they couldn't do that, had my van 3.5 days to replace a couple of nuts/bolts. hummmm. We have had a few Fords over the years and service has ALWAYS been an issue. I searched for other local dealerships with good reviews but couldn't find any. That should tell Ford something! More

We traveled here after easily gaining enough statistics from the ad with photo, Carfax, phone calls that made the visit a formality almost. A huge facility among dealerships in this area, the price was met with a good extended warranty, and already receiving follow up support. Still waiting for the touch up paint promised. A big miscommunication letter was received about funding because it was sent out too soon so that stressed me greatly for a week trying to find my own funding to hear it was fine so sending that was a problem. Test drove and offered coffee, as we heard that lenders were responding that night so they worked til it was a done deal to drive it home. Loved a 5 day money back guarantee and have seen those for more tome and mileage since. Lots to learn! New adventures physically, financially, I hope this proves to be a great relationship!
