I find most companies these days don't understand the concept of thanking a customer for choosing to bring their business to their company and to work to keep that business. I had a check engine, already knew the codes that were thrown, had car towed, informed the "service advisor" what the codes were and Sherry for them to diagnose the vehicle to find out what exactly was wr thrown, had car towed, informed the "service advisor" what the codes were and Sherry for them to diagnose the vehicle to find out what exactly was wrong, I get charged for the information I already gave the guy and no diagnostics done, how does someone come to the conclusion of needing a new transmission without inspecting the vehicle? Horrible business practices, and not of their word. Never received call back from the service manager, thinking I wanted only a refund, I want to know how his advisor and tech came to the conclusion that my vehicle needed a new transmission without any diagnostic work performed. I'll take the no call back from the manager that they just stole my money for information I gave them. Horrible business practices and not customer service oriented. More
