I have a plugin vehicle and noticed it suddenly not charging at the 24 miles it was charging five years ago. I feel that as part of the maintenance program at the dealer they should also be looking int charging at the 24 miles it was charging five years ago. I feel that as part of the maintenance program at the dealer they should also be looking into whether or not the battery is charging properly besides the typical maintenance care. Buying a plug in vehicle is to drive on electricity not gas and the dealer seems to not really be concerned if the EV is running properly on electric mode. Now they want to charge $200 to do an assessment on the battery after taking the car there for years. When I've called to get some info on the operation of the charging system and how it works and why it's not charging, there seems to be conflicting information I'm receiving vs online information. Do these automotive advisors know anything? Very frustrating! More

I purchased a used a 2009 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works on March 4,2022. As soon as I get home and pull it into my drive way, white smoke thick as clouds. I don’t think much of it and the next morning i tu on March 4,2022. As soon as I get home and pull it into my drive way, white smoke thick as clouds. I don’t think much of it and the next morning i turn it on and let it warm up same thing, so i take it that same day to get looked at and was advised to wait a week for my warranty to kick in. It is now a week and a half later and the car need a $2,000 repair. Now they are also telling me instead of a week to kick in they said 30 days. I was sold a car that is a hazard to drive and will leave me stranded. When I called the Manager of the dealer I was told “These things happen”. I’m extremely disappointed and my next step is filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Avoid this dealer. More
