This is another unpleasant experience with AutoNation Tustin. without go with the details, it was a mistake that the finance did with the amount of loan and monthly payment, however, we were very patient Tustin. without go with the details, it was a mistake that the finance did with the amount of loan and monthly payment, however, we were very patients, and didn't escalate this to management, as the guy did apologize and corrected that with a new contract! Apparently, this is not the case with the lender! as we just received the loan payment letter from the lender with the incorrect loan amount and payment ( monthly $80 more)! the case now with the manager (Peter), and we are waiting how he gonna resolve this issue, I will update this review accordingly. More
