Just bought a new 2022 Mustang Mach E GT and couldn't be happier. The entire process was pretty quick (for buying a car), financing was really easy and Israel did a fabulous job. At delivery, he was much happier. The entire process was pretty quick (for buying a car), financing was really easy and Israel did a fabulous job. At delivery, he was much more knowledgable about the attributes of the car than other dealers that I had spoken to. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford Tustin for your next car purchase. I bought the lease from this dealer and was happy with outcome until I tried to use the service department. No return calls after calling twice a day for 5 days twice a day. Even asked to speak to the se outcome until I tried to use the service department. No return calls after calling twice a day for 5 days twice a day. Even asked to speak to the service manager and he wasn't available nor return my call as promised every phone call. I am forced to use this service location as I bought the AutoNation warranty. Disappointed! More

Price gouging, was told one price for the part, ( key cylinder), but the dealership sales person switched the price when I got at the dealership.(Auto Nation-Ford, Tustin, CA , phone# 714.832.3300). I wa cylinder), but the dealership sales person switched the price when I got at the dealership.(Auto Nation-Ford, Tustin, CA , phone# 714.832.3300). I was quoted a price of $139 for a key cylinder, but the actual part price came to $203.63. The labor cost for this was $721.99. This cost seems a little extreme for only replacing the key cylinder. We would like to receive a refund of at least $100.00 as we feel we were overcharged. Thank you very much for your attention and cooperation to this matter. Bit of a line to drop off the truck for my appointment, but they took care of me and even ordered me a Lyft to my next destination. Danny was super helpful and made sure to note down my special request for but they took care of me and even ordered me a Lyft to my next destination. Danny was super helpful and made sure to note down my special request for them not to wash the truck. Picking up seemed a little unorganized as you do not go inside and pay like you do at most dealers. You are instructed to go back outside to whoever wrote up your vehicle. I waited outside the walk up cubicle/sliding door for about 10 minutes before someone noticed me and paged the guy to come. other than that they did a fantastic job and did the service in a timely manner.
