Service is getting worse. Scheduled on line, listed the things I needed done, emphasized them when I dropped off the car and to my surprise not all were completed. They removed the nuts that hold the bottom guard on the car on last my visit on never put the 4 nuts back. I found the bottom plastic guard hanging from beneath the car. So I put tie wraps on to keep it up and requested they correct this issue. I was the last appointment for the day, so when I got my car I noticed they still did not put the nuts back on and is only being held up with the plastic ties. Definitely thinking it time to look elsewhere. They lack attention to detail since they took the nuts off, did not put them back on and then did not replace the 4 missing nuts when requested for the service. More

My 2020 transit van needed an oil change. Just to find out I had gone over by 300 miles of my Premium Ford maintenance ($1,995) Had to pay $100 for an oil change and air on my tire. I've owned my transit for 21 months and covered 5 oil changes, Air in one tire. and a half-as break job (Villa Ford) for $2800 financed! unacceptable. but I get it I signed for it on my contract.. David at service drive was good. review not for him. Everyone else from Dealership internet sales, Finance and even people on phone horrible. done servicing at dealership. Will rather give money to an independent shop with morals. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I factory ordered a Bronco with Sean Sunay and he kept me updated from the beginning til the end of delivery. Paid MSRP with no additional accessorie I factory ordered a Bronco with Sean Sunay and he kept me updated from the beginning til the end of delivery.
