I made an appointment last week to fix a recall regarding my backup camera on my 2015 mustang. After waiting in line at the dealer for almost 30 minutes, they finally took my car to be repaired. After leaving it there all day, I was told they didn’t have the parts, and would let me know when they came in. That is unacceptable! They knew about the recall. They knew what parts would probably be needed, And if they were not in-stock, why schedule an appointment, and waste my time. I had to drive to the dealer, arrange for a ride back home, and do the reverse to pick the car back up. What a frustrating waste of time. More
I am usually assisted by Bob Selff and receive EXCELLENT service from him. Unfortunately, this time I was assisted by David via text, with regard to a problem with my key. I did not receive any responses t service from him. Unfortunately, this time I was assisted by David via text, with regard to a problem with my key. I did not receive any responses to my text messages (which he initiated). Since David wasn't responding to my text messages, I called the dealership and was then assisted by Daniel. Once I left the dealership, I had trouble with my key sticking in the ignition. I told Daniel that the key did not feel smooth and had spiky edges, the way a new key that has not been filed properly would feel. He told me it is probably a problem with my ignition. I told him that my current key does not have this issue. I requested to have the key fixed or a refund. I am waiting for his response. More
