I came in unexpectedly needing a new alternator and a new battery. The dealership was very busy and took about a week to get around to evaluating my electrical problem. Once they got to my vehicle, things moved along at a reasonable pace. I did not like the initial quote they gave me to replace the alternator. They quoted $425 for the new part. I told the service advisor that I could easily buy the same OEM Ford alternator for $350 through the internet. I have since found the same part selling for less than $300 at the official Ford parts department, Fordparts.com. He was quick to offer to reduce the parts price for me. I don't like that the Dealership tried to charge me such an excessive amount and makes me wonder if I am being over charged for their labor too. They were helpful and understanding when I told them the battery was under warranty from another auto parts store, and that I wanted to take to old battery back for a warranty claim. More
Christian was my service advisor, he was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Despite being busy, he got my truck diagnosed and repaired quickly. Promised to have the vehicle ready by a certain time. An hour after the agreed-upon time, they hadn’t even started yet. Had to pull the vehicle out. The only reason we come here for service is the distance matter. When dropping off my car, I was told the service will be done in about an hour and there will be a car wash at the end. Of course they will give me a call when everything is done. But I haven't got any call 2 hours before I got back to the dealership. And they told me the service technician scratched my car, and will get the scratch repaired by the end of the day. I so left my car there for the rest of the day. But when I came back again, they said it is not repaired, I will need to drive the car away and come back next week for another body repair. This is a brand new Ford with only 9k miles on it, I drive it very carefully since the purchase 9 month ago, very bad first time service experience here. More
