Sadly, I had a terrible experience with the service department. Showed up promptly for my 7:40AM appointment and was not helped until 8:20. Told service mgr that I wanted std service PLUS I had a noi department. Showed up promptly for my 7:40AM appointment and was not helped until 8:20. Told service mgr that I wanted std service PLUS I had a noise coming from my windshield that was really annoying. Service mgr said they would diagnose and let me know. I never received a call from her, so called and left three messages on her voicemail to please call me back, which she never did. At 4:30, I got a ride back to the dealership. Unfazed, the service manager said they didn’t have time to look at the windshield. I was also extremely surprised that she didn’t bring up a few issues that were detected on my last visit - so they either didn’t review my service record or they made the issues up (at an estimated cost of $1,800) and the work didn’t really need to be done. Sadly, I will never go back - terrible customer service, not sure what happened… More
