Customer service was good. The sales agent Frank and the Loan Officer are nice people. The purchase was bad, a week after I took the car back for repair and taking it again thi The sales agent Frank and the Loan Officer are nice people. The purchase was bad, a week after I took the car back for repair and taking it again this week. I wish I can exchange the car. It has too many problems. Both Tustin and Cerritos are too far and the Cerritos workers don’t seem to care about customers. Finally I hate to waist my time at the repair shop. More

I purchased my truck from them. I have since had it in for service. All the way around these guys rock! The sales team is non-pushy and let you look w/out pushing you to buy I have since had it in for service. All the way around these guys rock! The sales team is non-pushy and let you look w/out pushing you to buy and their service team follows up and takes care of you. Thank you Christian for taking care of me and my truck! I specifically have had an issue with my weatherstripping and excess noise has gotten into the cab at high speeds. Folks online say it's about 50/50 on if the dealership will try to fix or just say that is the way it is (which is BS - new car/truck should not have excess wind noise). These guys are working the problem. I appreciated their attention to detail. More
