The worse customer service. I returned a vehicle because of a transmission problem and a moldy cabin air filter. After the return i was treated like trash. Don't buy a vehicle here if they couldn't do a little thing like change a moldy cabin filter before a sale i can just imagine the condition the vehicle was in. More
The service center did a good job. They were very busy at 9:40am when we arrived. I was just introduced to this dealership a few months ago from my business partner. In the last couple of months I have bought a truck and a bronco. Couldn't understand why in the past my A/C could be checked and charged with no questions asked, and now after supposedly after renewing the warranty ( I requested a bumper to bumper), they wanted to c checked and charged with no questions asked, and now after supposedly after renewing the warranty ( I requested a bumper to bumper), they wanted to charge me Just to look at it!!! Something is different and I feel very dissatisfied and quite frankly confused. Not a comfortable feeling. More

When I pulled up for my appointment, I kid you not it took over 20 minutes for someone to even greet me. I got out of my car twice to attempt to find someone I was met with closed doors or empty offices. took over 20 minutes for someone to even greet me. I got out of my car twice to attempt to find someone I was met with closed doors or empty offices. Finally someone did approach me and I was told my representative was Brittany. It was clear at 8 am it was quite busy, so I was understanding but it really set the tone for the rest of my experience. I was there to take care of recalls, and after calling to confirm that I could have my car back same day prior to my appointment, I discovered that they actually need my car for at least 4 days. I asked what my chances of receiving a hybrid or electric car as a loaner were, as I drive an electric car were, and I was told a flat no. I should just “close my eyes while I pay at the pump” like she does. I thought this was insensitive to my situation, as I haven’t paid for gas in a year and it’s no secret that the inflated prices now are wild. From there I got a few updates over the next couple days and then radio silence. On day 4 I called the dealership 3 times to get an update, 2 of those times I called and left voicemails for Brittany, and was just told they still need my car. On day 5 I had to call again, calling Brittany again 2 times and leaving voicemails, and was told again by Brittany they need my car still. She also apologized as she was at an offsite training, but in the same sentence told me if I needed updates on my car to directly call her. I was kind of surprised by the remark as 1) I did try that and 2) she JUST told me she was at an offsite training??? How does her office number help me with contacting her if she isn’t at her office?? Overall the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will simply find another dealer for my limited service needs moving forward. More
