Christian, the tech who did assist me was amazing. But when I pulled up no other associates were there. Waited 15 minutes for any recognition. when I pulled up no other associates were there. Waited 15 minutes for any recognition. More
If I could sum up my experience at this dealership, it would be in one word: Terrible. Whatever you do, please choose any dealership over this one for the servicing of your car. I took my car in on a T would be in one word: Terrible. Whatever you do, please choose any dealership over this one for the servicing of your car. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning for two specific faults. I heard nothing for two days, and only because I followed up multiple times did I finally get an answer. The dealership doesn’t answer their phones, doesn’t call you back, and when they do, they flat out lie about what’s happening with your vehicle. My vehicle had a faulty front heated and cooled seat coupled with a defective EV battery (would not remain in EV mode and would overheat and switch to hybrid about halfway through its electric mode). This dealership kept my vehicle for four days and told me the service technician would test it and drive it to replicate the problem. On Friday (4 days later), I call to ask the status, having not heard from them, and I am told the front seat is fixed and the EV battery was tested and was normal. I immediately explained it is not normal as I have owned the car for three years and never had this issue. Nonetheless, I picked up my vehicle, planning to take it elsewhere. Upon collection, I checked the vehicle tracking logs on my phone to find the car had not moved in 4 days, let alone been tested, AND the front heated/cooled seat issue was still broken! What the xxxx did they do for four days with my car? Leave it to sit there? I immediately reached out to the manager, and so far, four days have passed, and no response to my emails. I would highly recommend not coming to this dealership. Save yourself the time, effort, hassle, and if your car is not under warranty - the money!! Please heed my advice. You won’t regret it, but you WILL regret bringing your car here. I was willing to give them a chance, but I wish I hadn’t. More
I can never get them to answer the phone in the service department. When I finally do get someone to answer the phone it's always the sales department and all they can do is transfer me and I end up with t department. When I finally do get someone to answer the phone it's always the sales department and all they can do is transfer me and I end up with the same automated loop and this has been happening for the last 2 years. We have work trucks and we need to find a service department that will answer the phone. thinking about switching to Villa Ford. The service to good once we get an appointment. More

He answered my questions well about these additional service needs, and provided a cost estimate. In agreed to go forward with those additional service items, and I am so please I did. I feel confident our car is in good shape for our upcoming road trip (I had too Christian our road trip plan and to have all areas that could affect our safety checked). Thanks to Auto Nation Tustin and Christian and his service team. More
I received a preliminary estimate of $160 plus taxes which service advisor says total about $180. Gives me this in writing. I go pick up the truck after the oil change and my total is $265. After I q which service advisor says total about $180. Gives me this in writing. I go pick up the truck after the oil change and my total is $265. After I question this of course I get the run around until advisor finally says “I usually don’t write up diesels, someone else does that’s why I was off on my quote”. More

They spent a lot of time with us and kept a smile on their faces the whole time. They made the experience memorable and actually enjoyable! The issues started with the service department. Our truck was hit in a parking lot by someone who did not leave a note. We took the truck to the service department. They returned the truck claiming it was fixed “good as new”. It wasn’t. The sensors for cruise control and parking were still glitching. I was ignored and had to go to great lengths to get a response. Once I did, I was able to take the truck back in. Auto nation admitted to the fact that when their collision center reinstalled the bumper they pinched wires so they told us they will fix their mistake. I picked the truck back up. The sensors are still not fixed AND auto nation submitted the claim to my insurance company. So they got paid for bad work the first time then got paid for failing to fix their first mistake the second time. DO NOT take your vehicle to the service department. There were more issues when it comes to communication but this review is long enough. Again, the purchasing department was GREAT but their service department is shady and failed to complete a simple job. More
Poor Service bad sales manager This sales Manager ran my credit, gave me details of deposit and then sold the car from under my nose because he does not care about the customer. If This sales Manager ran my credit, gave me details of deposit and then sold the car from under my nose because he does not care about the customer. If you read my emails, due to broken foot, you would think I was actually purchasing the car, but this is fake, Ran my credit 5 times with different banks and I received notifications from my credit then sold car to someone oops forgot to hold for you. Do not ever work with Zachary Vasquez at For Autonation Tustin dealership, WORST customer service More
