Bob Selff is always polite and professional when ever I bring my Ford in for service. He does a great job in communicating the cost and lets me know when my car is ready for pick up. Took my Ford in on July 6th. after failing inspection with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still on. A new wire harness was in stalled and was told a PCM part was on back order. Still waiting for the PCM part. Had a great car buying experience. AJ was an excellent in getting my truck dialed in and delivered to me as I was unable to pick it up at the dealership.
