My experience with service at this location is normally very good. My last visit had a mixed result. I scheduled my appointment online and listed the items I wanted addressed. The service rep. called and said it was time for the 90,000 mile maintenance. I said okay, assuming that my other issues would be addressed, specifically the fact that my mirror and seat controls were not working. When I got the car back, I did not immediately try out the controls. It was the only the next day when I realized they hadn’t been fixed. I tried texting and calling the service rep. about the controls not being fixed. I have yet to hear from him. I have been a loyal customer since 1995 with several different Ford cars. I would expect a little more outreach. More
