I drive a Shelby and wanted my car taken care of service department. I spent some time trying to find a good advisor to work with for the long term. I appreciated this gesture. Only had two encounters with Andrew thus far but I can tell he is a service advisor for car enthusiasts and I appreciate that. They were dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone. Said the car was inspected (needed a $800 brake job), when I pointed out the problem during the 5 day return window they kept the car for for anyone. Instead of fixing the brakes right (needed new rear drums because the old ones could not be turned) they just slapped on new pads. This dealership is no better than buying private party.
