Brought my car in for service two weeks ago and was assured the work would be completed within two hours. Four hours later, only one of the issues was addressed and my car was returned. The dealership assured the work would be completed within two hours. Four hours later, only one of the issues was addressed and my car was returned. The dealership followed up and offered to pick my car up at home, do the remaining three issues and returned to me at home. The pickup was to be made between 9-10am yesterday. After waiting until 3pm for the pickup I contacted the dealership. They admitted to forgetting to pick up my car and apologized. There was no offer or concern about scheduling a time to complete the other three issues. As I sit here writing this review I really don’t know if what was a good business relationship for many years should continue forward. Perhaps it would be best to follow their lead and just forget about them. More

I picked this dealership based on previous experience and customer service, even though I live an hour and a half away. There was a breakdown in communication over how long it would take to complete the work customer service, even though I live an hour and a half away. There was a breakdown in communication over how long it would take to complete the work needed, and the two days I expected turned into four. I expressed my discontent to my service associate, and even though a rental from Enterprise was provided as an option, it was after the fact, after the rental place closed, and after I expressed my dissatisfaction about the timing of this information, because ultimately, it didn't really help me in this situation. I called the service manager on Monday (as they're closed on Sunday) and he apologized for the miscommunication and said they would do what they could to make it right. He was very nice on the phone. When I went to pick up my vehicle on Monday, I was acknowledged, but not greeted and told to wait while the paperwork was finished. Then another person came to the cashier area where I was waiting to collect payment, and while I could tell a discount was provided based on the price, no one personally showed me how, or where I was being compensated for the 4 day inconvenience of being stuck without transportation, and having to take off a day of work. So while I am happy that my car was repaired and a discount was provided in acknowledgement of inconvenience, it would have been nice for someone to come, shake my hand and apologize to me in person, and explain about how they took care of me. I was only provided the paperwork with the pricing on it, I don't really know where they provided a discount. My main purpose in writing this review is in the hope that the next time someone has to go beyond their service associate to management, it will be addressed with more hospitality. I mean, if you're going to compensate someone for their time, I feel like you should make sure they know HOW they were compensated, no? Despite the issues with this visit, had someone taken the time to personally talk to me and walk me through everything when I picked up my car, I would have given 5 stars More

After taking my truck and the dealer not repairing the problem the rep told me the he would be callig me to make another apt. to do the repair that was 3 weeks ago and have not recived a call. (This was not the service person) I called over a week ago regarding recalls on my truck to find out if the parts need for the repairs where in stock. I was told that a service rep would call me back have notds received that call. I will call the service manager an see if I can get answers for the manager. More
I had my car towed to auto nation on sept 3rd. a couple days after my drop off I called to see what they found.They told they didn’t have a mechanic to look at my car. The mechanic was at a training class.A few days after that I called again to see the status and was told I had to wait my turn,cars ahead of me. A few days after that I called again and they told me they think the engine is bad order need to put in a claim. Now almost 6weeks later I’m still waiting for parts.l asked if they could make a phone call to check status. They told me they don’t know where the parts are coming from.Can’t track whereabouts of engines parts. More
Brought our 17’ f150 for cooling issues and Jesse got us in early and took care of the repair quickly. He kept us updated throughout the repair process and when the truck was picked up it was clean inside a in early and took care of the repair quickly.
