Reserved and ordered Ford Maverick mid July of 2021 and it got delivered to Autonation Ford Torrance on Feb. 21st and my dealer contact immediately text message and send me photos. I have always had a good experience with AutoNation Ford until this time. I was very disappointed in just one aspect. I had an 11am appointment. I drove in at 1050a. There were 2 cars there before me. I wai until this time. I was very disappointed in just one aspect. I had an 11am appointment. I drove in at 1050a. There were 2 cars there before me. I waited by my car for someone to greet me and let me know what I should do. I was pretty much ignored for 10 minutes. Then one person said “we’ll be with you in a minute”. Another 5 minutes go by. Nothing. Then the same person asked “who is your appointment with?” I told him. He said “he’ll be with you in a minute”. Another 5 minutes. Then the person who my appointment was with (I didn’t know it was him) walked past me to the person who was behind me in line and proceeded to help him. After about 10 minutes I asked someone else and they said my guy would be with me shortly. He never did. Someone else finally helped me and said “I guess I’ll just get thing s started “. Needless to say I was very frustrated. I never picked the person to be my appointment, that is just done randomly. After that everything else was fine. It just left a vey bad taste in my mouth. More
