AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg - Service Center

Purchased my 2013 F-150 Platinum from AutoNation several years ago. Never had anyone but them service it. Simply because I have confidence in the service staff, they always treat me well and take excellent years ago. Never had anyone but them service it. Went for an oil change which was good but when it came close to the time they where done the service rep said that they suggested that I have my alinement checked and my rear differential fluid changed an close to the time they where done the service rep said that they suggested that I have my alinement checked and my rear differential fluid changed and it would only take about an 1/2 hour. I arrived before 7am because I had a 7am appointment for the oil change. I told him to go ahead and do it because I did not thank it would take much longer. I did not get out of there till after 10am. My point being the fact that you representive could have told me about the other services that needed to be done when I first got there instead of waiting till I was all most done with the oil change and the fact that I should have been done alot sooner than after 10am. More
